- Machine will not power ON: Check power cable, wall socket, backup battery, and fuse
- No image / black screen: Verify monitor brightness, probe connection, and preset selection
- Poor image quality: Ensure adequate gel, adjust gain/depth/focus, check for probe damage
- Doppler not working: Confirm correct mode selected, adjust PRF/scale, verify angle ≤ 60°
- Touchscreen or keyboard unresponsive: Restart machine, check for locked panel, clean surface
- Printer not functioning: Verify paper/ink supply, check printer connection, restart system
- PACS/DICOM connectivity issues: Test network connection, verify server configuration, restart interface
- Probe overheating: Stop scan, allow probe to cool, inspect for damage or overuse
- Error messages displayed: Note error code, consult user manual, log issue, and inform service engineer
- Persistent problems: Escalate to biomedical engineering or authorized service provider
